Great location lovely staff very comfortable

Great location. Clean and lovely rooms. Great showers. Fantastic breakfast. Glorious roof terrace and bar. Staff were so helpful.

Our standard room was great but it didn’t have any outside windows. The advantage of this was it was dark and we slept like babies. The disadvantage was the room felt dark and we needed the lights on all the time even in the middle of summer.

Simply perfect- will most definitely return!

A beautiful hotel in a great location was bettered only by the exceptional reception staff and breakfast team - they were so welcoming and helpful. They made our stay truly memorable. A special mention for Fabrizio on reception who was wonderful.

Fab break in a lovely hotel

Hotel is in a very central location very close to the old town. Hotel was fabulous and our room was beautiful. We had breakfast included and there was a fabulous selection of juices, cereals, breads, sweet treats, cold meats, yogurt, fruits and cheeses. There was also a hot food menu which had a great selection. The staff were so friendly and very helpful. I would definitely stay in this hotel again. My daughter and I had a fabulous time .

A wonderful few nights in Valencia

The staff were very helpful with ideas for where to eat, travel etc. This is a very good hotel and we will return. Amparo in particular was very helpful. We were recommended this hotel by family members who live in Spain and when we arrived Amparo had ensured our room was ready for us. Thank you!

What was the highlight of NH Collection Colón Valencia

Very pleasant. I certainly hope to stay again.

The reception staff were excellent. When I left, I had a very early flight to catch and they organised a taxi to the airport for me, and a picnic breakfast. At breakfast there was a bottle of Cava in an ice bucket, to help yourself - that was a nice touch. I like the quietness of the room. And it was very comfortable. The location was perfect for me. There is a cafe/bar next door and I enjoyed going in there for a drink at the end of the day.

With my hotel booking I'd been given a 'free' taxi ride from the airport to the hotel on arrival but this was cancelled last minute. I didn't mind too much as I'm familiar with the Metro but for anyone who wasn't familiar with the city it might have been quite stressful. The information I read in advance suggested that the breakfast was suitable for a vegan diet and since breakfast was included in my package this was an important factor. However the options were limited and I had to ask for soya milk for my cereal for instance. When staying for several days the breakfast got quite boring as there wasn't enough variety for me. The room was quite small and although it was comfortable I found it a little cramped. Also, there was no ironing board/iron available in the room and I did expect one. I'm sure I could have got one delivered to the room if I'd asked however. I would like to have enjoyed the roof top terrace bar but the price list was too steep for me.

Great location - nice hotel, good breakfast and helpful staff .

Location was excellent . Staff friendly . Very good breakfast. Nice food top bar. Good lifts. Nice bathroom/ toiletries

Quite small rooms .. neither of us slept well… seemed a little claustrophobic in rooms. Area at coffee maker/ kettle and safe not user friendly at all .

Very central friendly and close comfortable place to stay.

Great location. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent - many delicious choices. Room very comfortable with all the facilities.

The light inside the wardrobe stayed on even when the door was shut which was strange.

Great place

Breakfast was good, although staff was too young and sometimes a bit inexperienced in my view. Sometimes they were talking among themselves instead of taking care of tables, and that happened during my stay. The hotel is very nice and it is very well located, the space is very intimate and rooms very clean.

As I said some of the personnel seem not to care to give the extra mile, but in general the experience with the hotel exceeded my expectations.

Good location, secure parking, nice rooms.

Good location for the city centre. Lots of restaurants nearby. Secure underground parking accessed from a nearby street - check location before you go though as it is in the one way system. Large, well furnished room.

Arrived quite late. Restaurant was still open but no one there to serve us. So we went elsewhere.

Wonderful

Excellent location. Very attentive staff at the reception. They asked if I was in Valencia for the marathon. When they knew that I was, I got a special treatment. Room is comfy.

Room was on the site of Cr. Colon, so Monday morning it was a bit noisy from the busyness of the street.

Great city hotel as a base for exploring wonderful Valencia

Incredibly central location yet so quiet the minute you stepped inside. Great team of young staff always keen to help. Very good hotel breakfast.

A couple of minor repairs in our room were disappointing but didn’t affect our overall enjoyment.

Wonderful

Cozy hotel with a memorable design. The room was rather small but had everything I needed. Nice breakfast. Perfect location.

I looked under the bed before leaving to be sure I didn't lose anything and that area definitely had not been cleaned for a long time (dust, previous guest sock) The menu in the restaurant was a bit unusual, I would appreciate having a couple of classic or at least vegetarian dishes
