Perfect to explore city center

Great location, on main shopping street and next to old town. Excellent a la carte breakfast. Very helpful staff.

There is no space to stop car in front of hotel. Underground parking only for 7 cars, but we were lucky to get a spot. If you arrive by car, I would recommend to call hotel and (if there is free sport) drive directly to their underground parking on Pizzaro 3 - all streets around are one way.

Perfect in every way.

This was an incredible hotel. The staff were lovely and made every effort to make our stay memorable. The breakfast was incredible and really cooked well. There were plenty of options for all dietary requirements. The Hotel was clean, quiet, and really comfortable. The location was ideal and just only a few minutes’ walk from the metro, shops or incredible restaurants. All in all, a perfect and must visit Hotel.

There was nothing not to like. The only disapointment was that we could not stay for longer.

pleasant and reliable, will stay again

during the on-line registration I was given an option to choose a room from the empty ones - this made the stay very personal and I was travelling to meet MY room! staff was EXEPTIONALLY friendly. they put disposable all-you-needs (toothbrush, comb, makeup pads etc) in the room. nice hotel and room design!

no vegetables for the breakfast (except the tomato puree), soap and shampoo dispensers were pre-used in our room, toilet brush was missing so I had a fun situation there (but it ended good xD)

Gorgeous hotel and friendly staff

I had a wonderful stay. The hotel is tastefully decorated, and has a convenient parking with EV charger. The room is spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff very kind (special thanks to Leticia!). I will definitely come back!

Great for a special stay

The hotel is very central and has been recently reformed. The room was comfortable and well decorated. The staff were very helpful. We went to the bar, which is beautiful, and enjoyed a cocktail there. The breakfast buffet was varied and we were able to order freshly cooked items as well. Highly recommended

The cocktails were OK and reasonably priced for the location but they didn’t taste as good as I would have hoped.

Excellent hotel in an ideal location

Really lovely spacious room. Big luxurious bathroom. We had everything we needed, shower gel, shampoo conditioner etc, plus make up remover pads, shoe cleaning kit. Was lovely to get some biscuits and a gift of a box of soap. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice both on the cold buffet and the hot choices made to order. We had the smoked salmon with rocket on toast and it was so delicious that had to have it the second day as well. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Honestly could not fault it.

Great location lovely staff very comfortable

Great location. Clean and lovely rooms. Great showers. Fantastic breakfast. Glorious roof terrace and bar. Staff were so helpful.

Our standard room was great but it didn’t have any outside windows. The advantage of this was it was dark and we slept like babies. The disadvantage was the room felt dark and we needed the lights on all the time even in the middle of summer.

A beautiful hotel in a great location was bettered only by the exceptional reception staff and breakfast team - they were so welcoming and helpful. They made our stay truly memorable. A special mention for Fabrizio on reception who was wonderful.

Fab break in a lovely hotel

Hotel is in a very central location very close to the old town. Hotel was fabulous and our room was beautiful. We had breakfast included and there was a fabulous selection of juices, cereals, breads, sweet treats, cold meats, yogurt, fruits and cheeses. There was also a hot food menu which had a great selection. The staff were so friendly and very helpful. I would definitely stay in this hotel again. My daughter and I had a fabulous time .

The staff were very helpful with ideas for where to eat, travel etc. This is a very good hotel and we will return. Amparo in particular was very helpful. We were recommended this hotel by family members who live in Spain and when we arrived Amparo had ensured our room was ready for us. Thank you!

What was the highlight of NH Collection Colón Valencia

Very pleasant. I certainly hope to stay again.

The reception staff were excellent. When I left, I had a very early flight to catch and they organised a taxi to the airport for me, and a picnic breakfast. At breakfast there was a bottle of Cava in an ice bucket, to help yourself - that was a nice touch. I like the quietness of the room. And it was very comfortable. The location was perfect for me. There is a cafe/bar next door and I enjoyed going in there for a drink at the end of the day.

With my hotel booking I'd been given a 'free' taxi ride from the airport to the hotel on arrival but this was cancelled last minute. I didn't mind too much as I'm familiar with the Metro but for anyone who wasn't familiar with the city it might have been quite stressful. The information I read in advance suggested that the breakfast was suitable for a vegan diet and since breakfast was included in my package this was an important factor. However the options were limited and I had to ask for soya milk for my cereal for instance. When staying for several days the breakfast got quite boring as there wasn't enough variety for me. The room was quite small and although it was comfortable I found it a little cramped. Also, there was no ironing board/iron available in the room and I did expect one. I'm sure I could have got one delivered to the room if I'd asked however. I would like to have enjoyed the roof top terrace bar but the price list was too steep for me.

Great location - nice hotel, good breakfast and helpful staff .

Location was excellent . Staff friendly . Very good breakfast. Nice food top bar. Good lifts. Nice bathroom/ toiletries

Quite small rooms .. neither of us slept well… seemed a little claustrophobic in rooms. Area at coffee maker/ kettle and safe not user friendly at all .
